500g of Mascarpone Cheese (room temperature)
4 Ripe Bananas (mashed)
2 Lemons (juice only) OR 4tbsp Lemon Juice
80g of Icing Sugar
What to do
- Mix the mascarpone cheese and lemon juice together in a large bowl.
- Add the banana and icing sugar and mix well
- Pour into a freezable container with a lid.
- Freeze for 3 hours or until hard.
