Easy Banana and Mascarpone Ice-Cream

The kids faces were so funny when we were talking about the ingredients for this! “CHEESE!?? In Ice-cream??”



500g of Mascarpone Cheese (room temperature)

4 Ripe Bananas (mashed)

2 Lemons (juice only)  OR 4tbsp Lemon Juice

80g of Icing Sugar


What to do

  • Mix the mascarpone cheese and lemon juice together in a large bowl.


  • Add the banana and icing sugar and mix well
  • Pour into a freezable container with a lid.
  • Freeze for 3 hours or until hard.
