Relax?! Say what??

I’d like to start by making a public apology for the volume that has come from our household this week! Much louder (and not nice noises) than usual. Yep, it’s been one of those weeks!


The kids have all argued and wound each other up like crazy, I’ve not been able to get on top of the housework, I ate too much junk food, I hardly got anything ticked off of my ‘to do’ list (because more kept getting added) …..time has just run away from us this week! To be honest, so did my patience! I have raised my voice far too much this week.


Next week is a new week though! I have a feeling it’s going to be a good one! I’m going to try harder to:

  • Breath – deeply and calmly
  • Act instead of reacting
  • Focus on the positive
  • Enjoy each day and time with others
  • Smile and wave when things go wrong! 😉😆
