Teaching Our Children To Be Thoughtful In A Time Of Crisis

I’m sure there are a lot of parents who are trying to figure out how they are going to home school their children and trying their best to prepare. I thought I would share something that I am going to be including in our home schooling over the next…..however long!?

There is so much craziness in the world right now. We have all heard so many stories of people being selfish at a times of crisis for everyone. It is so sad! So I made this worksheet (if you like??). It’s nothing fancy, as I wanted for the kids part to be the best part! (PLEASE FEEL FREE TO PRINT THIS AND JOIN WITH US IN THIS!)

Free printable. Not all superheroes wear capes. 4 Freckled Faces.

Once a week we are going to sit down and think about all the amazing people who are out there, helping the rest of us in this time of crisis. Those in the medical profession, teachers, delivery drivers, etc. The kids are going to pick either one person or a group of people to draw. We will either drop it through their door (if we can) or take a picture and send it to them, with the hope that it will give them a little boost at this stressful time.

I want my children to have the best education possible – in all aspects of life. I will be covering English, Maths, Science, P.E, Music, Outdoor Learning, History, Geography, Art, Morden Foreign Language, Home Economics, and How To Be A Decent Human Being!

I wish you all the best through this time and we will be sharing our homeschooling efforts on our Facebook Page and Instagram Page.

We would love to hear from you and see what you’re up to too!

Stay kind everyone 💞
