These are such an easy and fun craft to do with the kids!
YOU WILL NEED
- Black card
- A pot of PVA Glue
- Lots of cotton buds
- Skull shapes cut from white paper
- A black pen
WHAT TO DO
We drew a face on the skulls and then glued the skull onto the black card. Only use a small amount of glue.
Dip one cotton bud in the glue, wipe off any excess glue and start making your skeleton! We started with the ribs and then put the sternum on top! When it came to the hips, we bent the ends a little. We also cut some of the ends off to make the feet. (See picture)
While we were doing it we sang ‘head, shoulders, knees and toes’ and spoke about the names of the different bones.
When finished, leave to dry for a while, until the glue is dry.
Simple or what!? Give it a go and let us know how it goes! We’d love to see them! If you use Instagram, pop a photo of them on there and tag us in it!
I love this!! I definitely going to do this, this week with my preschoolers!💗
